Rob called and invited me out to record a fishing show. We chose Viking Lake here in southwest Iowa. The lake was recently restructured about 3years ago. Fish are very healthy! We boated several fish today, so keep your eyes open for the show! It was a good one!!

Thanks to Rob and Tom for the invitation! I had a blast!!

Brad   I hope you caught more fish than Rob because if you didn't he'll never let you forget it. We filmed a show at Greenfield a couple weeks ago and I was smokin him but he caught up and when we quit he had caught one more than me. I'm sure I'll hear about again. Right Rob!!!

I have zero plans on letting Rob catch more fish than me next week!   Grin

I am a terribly slow starter.  I just as well jump in the boat and take a nap for the first couple hours cause I never catch a thing at the start of the day.   Roll Eyes  We'll see what happens.

Sounds like you guys had a good day on the water.  Congrats!

I have to give Brad his due.  His jig on his home lake was working better than the wacky rigged sticko.  However, I can say I held my own once I picked up the fluke with a weighted hook.  We caught a bunch of fish and had a great time at a wonderful facility.

If you haven't been to this lake it's a true treat.  I can't wait to get back.

A fluke.  Shocked    Oh I am in trouble.   Those things are fish catching machines.   Long as you don't mind catching short fish.  Grin    Sorry, just giving you a hard time Rob.

My fluke is a swimbait.   Big one!    Undecided   I ain't so hot with the small stuff.

Welcome aboard camper.  Take a seat, stoke up the fire and post some info when you're out and about.  I'm glad to hear that boat wrap is paying dividends!

Thanks for joining us!

Welcome Camper! It's great to have you! Rob and I were talking about that great smell of the campfire as we rounded the corner!
