Just wanted to let everyone know about the Fisherman's Swap Meet coming up on February 27-28th.  It's an Iowa tradition that gets everyone out of the house or off the ice for a day to meet up with fishing buddies, see the new tackle and check out the latest in fishing boats.

This year I will once again be giving the outdoor seminars twice a day in the very back room I like to refer to as the icebox.  My topic this year will be covering GPS technology and how to utilize GPS information to find fishing hot spots.

I hope everyone comes out!

I will be there giving seminars twice a day on using your GPS and Iowa DNR Coordinate locations to locate structure.

For those that don't know,I am heavily involved in the use and sale of GPS and I have a lot of experience when it comes to using this equipment and understanding the datum needed for set up.  Bring your own unit and we can take a look.  I will have sample data and even show you some tricks for finding special spots by using some internet tools to give you an advantage the next time you take to the water.  I promise it will be worth your time.

Hope to see you there.
